Do you view foods as good or bad?
Do you find you feel guilty when you have somethin "bad"

Telling yourself i shouldn't of had that, then you cut it out completely to be "good" to only get to the weekend and start the cycle all over again? Then this set's you back in your goals or makes you feel overwhelmed with nutrition and feel as though you have no control or will power?

If this is you then it's not the will power or no control, it's the fact you have shame/guilt around the food choices that you make which in turn fuels these f*** it moments.

You are having foods that you think you should have rather than chooses and what are aligned with your goals at that current times.

If you say you have no control and no will power then that gives you a free pass as there is nothing you can do about it, instead of taking ownership and noticing how the food choices are making you feel and how they are fueling the all or nothing mentality

Giving yourself flexibility and allowing these foods throughout the week or on the weekend with moderation and not feeling's of being naughty will help you in staying consistent towards your goals. This will take the novelty out of that food so on the weekend or weeks away you don't go full send and eat everything in a bid to start again on Monday.

Top 3 tips

  • Give yourself permission to have the foods throughout the week
  • Notice if you feel "naughty" having certain foods
  • Notice how foods make you feel (energy/mood/digestion)
