All these things above are all fixed statements, you are unable to change these as this becomes part of your identity.
I have fat
I am currently not skilled in being organized but this is something I can work on to improve
There are certain movements I may not be strong in but if I practice it enough i will get stronger
I am currently not skilled in this area but i am willing to learn/I don't want to do that
Now these above are all changeable, you have body fat which means you can change it if you are wanting to which gives you the power and confidence to change. If you take ownership and don't identify with these things then the feelings of hopelessness shifts from empowerment.
For this next week see if you can notice any of these thoughts coming up if you do catch it (notice it)/ Challenge it (is this true)/ Change (Change the narrative to something more helpful)
