Salted Dark Chocolate Dipped Oranges

Ingredients

3 large (3-1/16" dia) Oranges raw

⅓ cup Dark chocolate chunks or chips 60 - 69% cacao

¼ tsp Sea salt non-iodized

Directions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. Peel and divide the oranges into segments.
  2. Slowly melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler, or in the microwave (in 10 second increments)
  3. Dip each orange segment halfway up into the dark chocolate, then place on the baking tray to cool.
  4. While the chocolate is still melted, lightly sprinkle each segment with a pinch of sea salt or coarse salt.
  5. Store in the fridge.
