Ingredients

1½ Sausage Mexican chipotle vegan sausages

1½ tsp Olive or extra virgin olive oil

1 ½ medium Vegetables peppers red bell

1 ½ tortilla Super soft taco tortillas flour 10'' burrito

1 ½ small Onions raw

37.5 g (1.32 oz) Avocados raw

Directions

  1. Add diced pepper, diced onion, and chopped sausage to a pan over medium high heat with olive oil.
  2. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are soft and sausage is heated through. About 10 minutes
  3. Add vegetable mixture to a warm tortilla, top with thinly sliced avocado. Roll burrito and serve.
