Chelsea has been training in our classes for almost a year now!!
I have been lucky to have her a part of our classes for so long and have been inspired watching her progression in both strength confidence and fitness!
When Chelsea first started she found it hard chest pressing a 5kg Dumbbell and struggled with her push ups, she now is able to comfortably press 2 x 5kg dumbbells and she is able to do a push up!
So excited to see you progress further!!
