This weeks shout out goes to Kelly from @kellydavisinteriors
Kelly and I have been working together for 18 weeks and over this time we have helped her decrease pain in her elbow and knee which is great!
Kelly loves keeping up with her yoga so we have together both come up with a plan that will suit her lifestyle as well as help her maintain/improve on functional strength
Kelly is now doing 2 yoga sessions a and 3 strength sessions per week consistently which was one of her goal!
We are currently working on fine tuning her Romanian Deadlift pattern to help increase the weight
