Steph started with her Daughter earlier this year, I am by far so impressed with Stepth and what she has achieved. We have had a decrease in weight, change in body shape, increased strength and improved habits. Steph works full time and also looks after her kids.
Steph has had many curve balls thrown her way but she has kept focusing on what she can do, even though multiple times she wanted to give up.
I am absolutely inspired by Steph and love our sessions!
