This weeks shout out goes to Steph and Ali!
Steph and Ali have been training with me for the past couple of months and have seen great results!!
Steph has now dropped down below the 90s! Whilst also improving her strength!!
Ali’s goal is to increase muscle/body fat and although this process is a slow process she has seen in increase in measurements/ increase in strength and the shape in her legs is starting to come out!
I am so proud of these two as they are working on small steps and are always honest with me which helps me help them
